Stress is a critical notion that impacts both people’s mental and physical health. Anxiety, as a “scourge” of our time, excludes or isolates adults from society, leading to loneliness, illness, depression, and helplessness in the face of this difficult situation. They cannot cultivate empathy – not only empathize, but I put myself in the place of the other after accepting his diversity and the differences between us – and accept the diversity that society’s data projects.

How receptive shipping is to adopting more alternative approaches that would improve seafarers’ personal growth, peace of mind, and greater working connections that would lead to issue solutions, more relaxing sailing, and effective communication amongst them.
